This unit carries the same stand-up storage, galvanized rust protection and lightweight steel frame as the standard model, with a Trailer Buddy actuator and hydraulic disc brakes added for safer stopping under load.

Surge brakes are self-contained and self-adjusting. The trailer's own momentum against the hitch actuates the hydraulic cylinder, so braking force scales with how hard the tow vehicle slows. There are no controllers to install, no levers to remember, and no adjustment between loads.
